DFI Hong Kong and Guardian Malaysia are being recognised recently for their achievements in driving excellence in workplace experience in this year’s Employee Experience Awards by Human Resources Online.
DFI Hong Kong brought home three awards. The Group won the Gold Award in Best Recruitment Experience Strategy for their effort in creating exceptional recruitment experience across all candidates touchpoints, Bronze Awards for the Best Employee Engagement Programme and Best Employee Engagement Communication Strategy categories for their effective programme design, execution and communication strategies to strengthen internal engagement and team bonding.

For the Learning category, Guardian Malaysia also brought home the Bronze award for their outstanding achievements in the Best Soft Skills Training Programme, and was selected as the finalist for the Best Remote Learning Initiative category.
