What We Offer:

Our Store Management Trainee Programme aims to prepare you for a successful career in retail store operations. You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training and classroom learning to equip you with all essential store management skills. All trainees will be assigned mentors and receive regular feedback sessions to guide them throughout the Programme. 

After Successful Completion:  

Trainees will be promoted to the role of Assistant Store Manager or equivalent upon successful completion. Outstanding  performance may subsequently lead to promotion to Store Manager and beyond that, to Area Manager, where you would  be managing a network of stores. Further opportunities can also be explored within the Sales and Operations function. 

What We Look For: 

We welcome candidates with 1-3 years of retail supervisory experience or with a school certificate or above qualification, who are enthusiastic and customer oriented, with a passion for retail.

Our 21-month Future Retail Leaders Programme is designed to develop graduated talents to be our future leaders in DFI. 

What We Offer: 

In this programme, you will have the opportunity to select from six functional tracks —Commercial, Marketing, People & Culture, Supply Chain, Digital, and Operations. As you progress, you will engage in various job rotations and take on a range of responsibilities and projects, all designed to develop and expand your leadership skills. 

After Successful Completion: 

Candidates who perform exceptionally will be offered roles in their designated functions upon completing the programme, and become part of our valuable talent  pool for future leadership opportunities. 

What We Look For: 

Graduates with a bachelor's degree in any field of study with less than 2 years of full-time working experience 
Internship or part-time job experience(s) with exposure to retail, B2C or any service-oriented industries is preferred 
Demonstrated learning agility with a can-do mindset 
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Good command of spoken and written English 
Eligible to work in our operating markets

What We Offer:  

Our Pharmacy Student Programme is designed with one key commitment in mind —to provide an optimal learning experience in community pharmacy for exceptional students from Hong Kong and overseas. 

After Successful Completion:

Over 200 students have completed this programme since its inception, with several returning to become Mannings 
pharmacists after they graduate. 

What We Look For:

Mannings offers a structured six-month internship for local students in their final year 
First and second-year local and overseas students can apply for practical work experience through our placement programme 

What the Programme Includes: 

  • Hands-on pharmacy counter exposure

What We Offer:  

    Retail Internship Programme  

At the heart of DFI’s business are our stores. This programme offers students aged 15+ the chance to experience frontline retail operations with a summer placement at one of our stores. Enrichment activities and workshops will also be arranged to broaden understanding of the retail industry.  

    Summer Internship Program  

Our Summer Internship Programme provides students with hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment. Interns in this programme will get the chance to work on impactful projects, explore key business functions, and gain valuable mentorship while building a strong professional network.  

 

After Successful Completion: 

Interns can potentially convert to full-time employment with the company upon satisfactory performance.
