At the height of Hong Kong’s COVID outbreak in 2022, Steven Fok of Mannings Hong Kong, an assistant store manager, volunteered to deliver supplies by hand during his time off to two infected team members living in Cheung Chau, an outlying island which could only be reached via ferry.
